What documents should I bring to my first appointment?
It is mandatory to present an ID, the digital health insurance or prepaid card, and, if available, all previous medical studies related to your diagnosis or current symptoms.
Is my medical record available to all healthcare professionals at the center?
Yes. Authorized healthcare professionals within our center have secure access to your medical record. This shared system enables coordinated, comprehensive, and high-quality care while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
When should I notify the center if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need of care and helps us keep our services running efficiently.
Do you provide emergency care?
The center does not provide emergency or urgent care services. In case of an emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency department.
